RECONSTITUTED LEATHER COASTERS
These Gazelle Brand coasters, are a sustainable environmentally friendly product, manufactured from reconstituted or bonded leather – which is waste leather glued or bonded together – giving a uniform finish, and coated in a range of colours. The standard coaster range is laminated to a cork base of approx 2mm thickness – which is another renewable resource, giving a product depth of just over 3mm, and personalised by hot foil printing or debossing.
These are a UK manufactured products using materials from within Europe, to give a true quality product.
BOARDROOM DESK MATS & COASTERS
The conference & boardroom desk mat is available in solid black dyed bonded leather, approximately 2.5 mm thick, and precision cut in a variety of standard sizes. Your company logo would normally be debossed, foiled blocked in silver or gold, or in a limited range of other colours, discreetly in the lower corner of the mat. This dense reconstituted leather can be supplied with matching coaster, which may also be foiled to match, or else supplied plain.

WHAT PRINT METHODS AND COLOURS ARE AVAILABLE?
Coasters are hot foil stamped usually with a magnesium die, or a superior brass die (at extra cost) which is recommended for blind embossing, detailed clarity, and frequent repeat use.
Standard pricing is for gold, silver or blind emboss print. For coloured or other non-metallic foils, additional cost may be incurred.
Colours of bonded leather available:- black, white, red, midnight blue, royal blue, dark green, burgundy, brown, purple, yellow.

Bonded leather cork back coasters, foil blocked or embossed.
Circular 95mm diameter, unit cost:

Square 93mm, plus extra 4%.

SIZES AND PRICES FOR CONFERENCE/BOARDROOM MATS
The standard size for the boardroom table bonded leather black dyed mat is 434mm x 340mm with a matching coaster of 93mm square.
Costs for embossed or foiled blocked large mat with matching branded coaster are a unit cost of:
• 6 -10 @ £27.50 each
• 11 -15 @ £23.50 each
• 15 upwards @ £21.50 each
For branded mats with matching plain unbranded coaster deduct 5%
Brass block (Reusable for future orders) @ £45.00
Carriage (UK mainland) @ £11.50. All prices plus VAT.
CAN I HAVE A BESPOKE COLOUR?
Yes, bespoke colour bonded leather is available, for a minimum order quantity of 1000 coasters, at the standard price plus 25% surcharge, and an increased lead time of four weeks.
WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND TIME?
The standard lead times for coasters is normally 7 working days from approval of artwork; however, some express delivery options are available on orders of quantities of 250 or less. Turn around can be in as little as 3 days!
