WHAT STYLE PRESENTATION TUBES ARE AVAILABLE?
There are many different styles of presentation tubes available to suit your product. The most common styles are;
- Butt jointed tubes, also known as “shoulder tube box”
- Telescopic paper tubes
- Paper tubes with metal lids
- Paper tubes with plastic lids
- PET windowed tubes
A hybrid mix of more than one style of printed presentation tube is also possible.
WHAT FINISHES CAN DO THE PRESENTATION TUBES COME IN?
Our presentation tubes are made from paper which can be finished with a full colour printed design to the outer of the tubes. There is a wide range of paper textures and finishes which can be applied to the outers of the tube. Other print options include hot foil, spot UV, all lamination options (i.e matte, gloss, varnish, soft touch, non-scratch etc), embossing, debossing and accessories (i.e ribbon, tassels, PVC window). The inside of the tubes can be finished with black, white or kraft paper and also polythene kraft or aluminium for food contactable packaging.
WHAT SIZES ARE THE PRESENTATION TUBES?
Our presentation tubes are custom made to the length you require however, the minimum diameter is 32mm with a minimum height of 30mm. The maximum diameter is 300mm with a length of 700mm however, it does depend on the style of tube. They can be manufactured with different wall thicknesses but the standard thickness is normally between 1.3mm to 1.7mm.
WHAT ARE DELIVERY TIMES?
Printed presentation tubes usually take around 3-4 weeks to manufacture however, printed tubes with special finishes can sometime take a little longer. If a sample tube is required this would take around 2 weeks.
IS THERE A MOQ?
Yes, the minimum order quantity for printed presentation tubes is 500 units.
