Looking after our customers – what we do for them
We provide quality service and value to our customers. To help achieve this we have good working relationships with quality manufacturers and printers – locally, nationally and globally. We import from suppliers in India, China, Taiwan, Poland and the USA, as well as mainland Europe. Developing good relations with overseas contacts is key to our development.

- A large hire company, after placing an order for the supply of some promotional goods, found the benefit of us looking after the distribution logistics – from our warehouse we coordinated the combining of small quantities of the products and dispatching consignments to all their UK branches. The balance of the order was held in stock by us, ready to be sent out as our client directed.
- A client particularly liked a stainless steel marker pen they had seen. Unfortunately it was no longer available in Europe, but we found we could source it in the USA . Samples were engraved for them, then we imported the product, sourced a presentation box – finally palletising the finished product ready to go to the European office of our customer.
